We are excited to be hosting the Annual Forks of the Buffalo BBQ Throwdown on the beautiful historic grounds of the Mannington District Fair in Mannington WV with a KCBS sanctioned BBQ Competition.

To assure all vendors a fair and productive opportunity, we will accept vendors offering a variety of menu items suitable for everyone and will NOT accept applications for duplicate items. The teams competing will be allowed to sell their products if they choose. All other food vendors are prohibited from selling any BBQ items.

We look forward to a large crowd of visitors and hope for great weather and lots of spectators, so everyone enjoys a profitable event. Forks of the Buffalo BBQ Throwdown is heavily advertised through social media and a variety of other promotional advertising in West Virginia and surrounding states.

We hope you will join us for this premier event in Mannington, WV. To be considered, the following items must be submitted no later than April 29, 2022.

Completed and signed BBQ Brawl Food Vendor Application
Insurance Certificate with rider listing both Forks of the Buffalo BBQ Throwdown and Mannington District Fair
Booth Fee of $260 , $200 if you already have the health permit with WV
List of proposed menu items with pricing
