Featuring some of the best BBQ cook teams from across the country as well as right here in West Virginia. Come hungry- there will be plenty of great food to try!

To the Victor Goes...

The winner of this event will get a chance at representing WV at the  Jack Daniels  Worldwide Invitational BBQ Championship. Forks of the Buffalo BBQ Throwdown is also a qualifying event for the American Royal BBQ Event .

A KCBS Sanctioned Event

The BBQ competition is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.

We currently have a divers group of vendors: Crafts, food, some BBQ teams will be vending, woodworking, and children’s activities such as face painting, rock wall, and a bounce house.

Mannington Fair Grounds

Located on the grounds of the Mannington District Fair, one of the oldest fairs in West Virginia, Forks of the Buffalo BBQ Throwdown has a beautiful location on the banks of the mighty Buffalo.
